Shipping Policy
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing after your purchase has been placed.
Once processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Please Note:
- Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Luvey Hair Collection LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related delays
- Natural disasters
- Holiday shipping delays
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to sanitary reasons, all hair sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been submitted.
The only exception applies if there is a shipping delay on our end. If your order has not been shipped within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), a refund will automatically be issued.
Before completing your purchase, please carefully verify:
- Shipping address
- Hair texture selection
- Hair length selection
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
All sales are final. No exceptions.
Luvey Hair Collection LLC is not responsible for any damage to the hair after it has been received and is in the customer’s possession.
